RX-Flow™ Printers
Print with ultra-durable, flexible materials
RX-Flow™ printers are made for reactive extrusion additive manufacturing with durable, flexible materials like thermoset elastomers. Designed for development work and low-volume industrial production, RX-Flow™ printers are a low-cost option for manufacturers interested in testing and implementing industrial 3D printing.
3D print polyurethanes
RX-Flow™ printers are based on our proprietary RX-AM™ materials and technology platform specifically designed for 3D printing thermoset elastomers such as 2k polyurethanes.
Materials available for purchase include printable polyurethanes with Shore A hardness ranging from 50 to 90.
We also provide custom materials with a variety of colors, hardness and special properties (e.g. antibacterial, static discharge, biocides, etc.).

Additional information
What is reactive extrusion additive manufacturing?
Reactive extrusion additive manufactuing is deposition printing with reactive chemistry. A reaction starts inside the printer head, triggering a bonding process that yields industrial-strength elastomers and other commercial-ready materials.
For large volumes
For larger-scale manufacturing solutions, we design bespoke printers to meet your specific needs tailored to your manufacturing process.
