Flexible thermoplastic elastomer TPE Mateirals additive manufacturing materials

RX-AM™ prints industrial-strength elastomer materials for additive manufacturing. Synthesized in our facilities, Chromatic 3D offers a range of polyurethanes.

Our materials include polyurethanes with Shore A hardness ranging from 50-90 and Shore D65. Featuring the same three-dimensional strength and compression set as injection-molded parts, these materials can be flexed, stretched, twisted, and squeezed over and over — just like standard polyurethanes.

It was designed for high-temperature applications requiring high tensile strength, good hydraulic oil resistance, and low compression set. It also has improved hydrolytic stability. It has a temperature range from -20° C to 120° C.

It was designed for high-temperature applications requiring high tensile strength, good hydraulic oil resistance, good resistance to lithium greases, and low compression set. It also has improved hydrolytic stability. It has a temperature range from -20° C to 140° C.

ChromaMotive™ 70

ChromaMotive™ 70 is a strong, flexible polyurethane material with a shore A hardness of 75, and a high degree of crosslinking. It was designed for medium-temperature applications requiring high tensile strength, such as rail applications. It has slow burning properties.

ChromaMotive™ D65

ChromaMotive™ D65 is a rigid polyurethane with a shore D hardness of 65, and a light degree of crosslinking. It has high impact, hydrolysis and abrasion resistance. Designed for applications requiring a range of use temperatures, it exhibits very good low-temperature impact strength.
